Why are the leads priced as they are?
Over a period of time, we have refined our advertising techniques to keep the cost as low as possible. At the same time, we have focused our advertising to make the results more relevant. This means that you get the best mix of value and opportunity. That is where we set our price.

Are your leads exclusive?
Yes. When a lead comes in, we check the name, phone number and e-mail against already existing leads. If there is a match, we do not keep or sell the lead.

How do you deliver our leads?
We can deliver our leads one of two ways. The first is real-time via e-mail. This is best for those people that do not use computers to automate the calling process. We can also deliver the leads in .csv format, which is an Excel text, comma delimited format that can be easily imported into contact management software such as ACT!

How many do we have to order?
The minimum order is 20. Then in jumps of 10 with no maximum. We also include 10% extra in lieu of a return policy. However, we do replace those leads that are already participating in a program.

Are these leads fresh?
Real-time leads are of course the freshest. However, even our batch leads are delivered within 24 hours.

Are the leads real-time?
We acquire leads real-time. They are available real-time. However, there is a trade-off. Batch leads, by definition are not delivered real-time. However, batch leads are delivered daily. And we look at the leads to give a little extra check for bad leads. If we find them, they are replaced. Your choice, same low price.

How do we pay for the leads?
We use PayPal for quantities less than 100. Over 100, you have the choice of contacting us for wire instructions. We do not take credit cards, except through PayPal.

What is your return policy?
There is none. We have found that approximately 10% of the leads will never be reachable or have disconnected numbers or fraud. So, we include with each order, 10% extra. For example, a leads order of 20 gets 22 leads. This allows us to keep our cost down. To do returns, we would be required to employ extra help to call and check each returned lead. Our competitions pricing reflects this requirement.

What kinds of leads do you have?

Why don't you do 'Biz Op' leads?
Typically, 'Biz Op' leads are generic in nature. They are mined with ANY company in mind, not yours. Then you must talk them into your opportunity and train them and hope they follow up. Product leads on the other hand, will purchase your product and you get paid.

Can I give special instructions for delivery?
If you need leads delivered to different e-mail addresses or spread out over several days, we can certainly help you. Include the instructions you need with your order in PayPal. We will do what we can and contact you if there is a problem.

How long does it take to receive my leads?
Typically, you will start receiving your leads within 4-6 hours. Most orders of 20 are filled within 24 hours.
